Created Issue: Importjob with id=xxx Does Not Exist [1556]

Hello,
just installed solution and trying to install any tool from the package.
Downloading is fine, but when appears 'importing' message crm trace shows an error:

>Crm Exception: Message: importjob With Id = 1a805eeb-21ec-4f6d-a598-42e19fba9084 Does Not Exist, ErrorCode: -2147220969, InnerException: Microsoft.Crm.BusinessEntities.CrmObjectNotFoundException: importjob With Id = 1a805eeb-21ec-4f6d-a598-42e19fba9084 Does Not Exist

its true, there's no records with this ID in 'importlog' view.

and this error appears very quickly and often (few errors per second)

latest version of CRM, but RUSSIAN edition.

How I can fix it ? and what's happening?

I get access denied (security error) when trying to run OData Queries interactively against a CRM environment configured in Claims Authentication mode.

If I click the Show in Browser button, the OData queries execute correctly.

Was this ever re-addressed? From what I can tell is that this version get's hung up on ADFS ws-trust brokering. I am trying to import the new build into my org, however, I was wondering if anything ever came about this question. Thanks

System Job record count came up as 0 in the CRM 2011 Online environment (5.0.9690.2187) (DB 5.0.9690.2187) that I have deployed the soluton to. This environment devinitely has system job records, you can see them the CRM UI. As system job entity is often responsible for bloated CRM databases, it is an important table to have the count calculated correctly in this tool (not that any other table would be much less of an issue to have a wrong count :).

It looks to be the AggregateQueryRecordLimit value in the deployment properties, I'll try to work around it and provide a update of the Statistics module.

The problem appears to be (and I've confirmed this with the latest version), that if the record count exceeds 50,000, the underlying Fetch fails, and the results are returned to the application as 0.

In the install have just done, the XRM Tools only displays the UI that is shown (on the Home page on CodePlex) as the "Configuraiton Mode" - only the Configuration tab is available, all other tabs are missing (Metadata Browser tab, etc.). No component tabs are available even though several components of this solution have been installed (using the Configuraiton tools) with no errors. What could be causing this? This is a CRM Online org provisioned through O365.

I've reverted the download to 1.0.0.3 until I can resolve the issue with 1.0.0.4.

This is unusual, I have just tested in my CRM Online environment (same versions) and I get 111, when I go to the System Jobs view I only have 101. The count is simply executing as a fetch statement on the entity so it is really whatever CRM gives back on that execution.

when importing into an onpremise IFD+Claims environment I am getting a failure importing the solution and am getting a failure on the DXTools.TraceTool.Core:

- 0x80040256
- Action failed for assembly 'DXTools.TraceTool.Core, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=ec87f30bc8b84a6a': Assembly must be registered in isolation.

Hi there, if you do not want to use the trace tool then you can import the CRM Online version of the solution as this tool is the only one that requires its plugin to be not isolated.

If you want to check the Trace tool out, as it is quite awesome ;) , you could check your External code settings as shown here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg309620.aspx, under the heading Enable or Disable Custom Code Execution towards the end of the article. Plus also remember you must be a Deployment Administrator to import the On-Premise version.

Hi,

I've made a little tool that exports the full entity list of a crm organization to excel.
It includes hyperlinks between entities and shows all relation too.
I've included an example of one of our customer's installation.
Unfortunately, Excel XML doesn't support auto column width :-(

I think this would be a great addition to your metadatabrowser.
I don't have enough silverlight experience to make my own tool.
So if you guys are interested, I will gladly share my code so you can integrate it in this new tool.

PS : GREAT IDEA, combining the most used tools together in one project.

Hi Sven, that is great that you are exploring our tools and also creating your own.

With regards the export to excel feature, I currently a new Export to Excel feature in development that using OpenXml SpreadsheetML. As Silverlight does not provide any support for the OpenXml Sdk I am building a simplified version from scratch for use in exporting lists within our tools. This will be released in the coming months and I will look into how it can accommodate auto column widths.
