CRM 2013 - SP1 - Clicking 'available tools' produces error

  1. downloaded DynamicsXRMTools_2_0_0_0_managed.zip
  2. imported managed solution (selected option to activate)
  3. confirmed successful import
  4. iisreset /noforce
  5. open solution
  6. dialog to select available tools appears.
  7. click 'available tools'.

I managed to get it to work by importing the CRMToolsODataQueryDesigner_1_0_0_5_managed.zip
